The prerender plugin injects the server-rendered marketing page here, and it refuses to
run against a non-empty root (the app entry, index.html, seeds a "Loading ParcelPuffin
POS…" message into its root — injecting around that would ship the loading text baked
into every prerendered page, and hydration would then mismatch and discard the lot).
